It is observed that still few of you are using the direct bank account for money load instead of your EXCLUSIVE UPOS E-Collection account. This is to remind you that the MANUAL MONEY LOAD process has been deactivated and NO SUCH REQUEST WILL BE ENTERTAINED from MONDAY (29th march 2021) onwards even if you transfer erroneously in the old account.
