Important Update Regarding Prepaid Card KYC

Greetings of the day!

Please note that the card order and KYC flow have been recently updated at the PinePerks level, resulting in changes to the order process on the GG Perks App.

We have received multiple complaints regarding KYC failures, primarily due to data mismatches. Even minor differences in name spelling (such as initials, spacing, or full name variations) can lead to KYC rejection.

To ensure successful KYC, please confirm the following:

  • Name must be entered exactly as per PAN
  • PAN and Aadhaar must be linked
  • Name on PAN/Aadhaar must match exactly
  • The prepaid card must be purchased using the same mobile number linked with PAN & Aadhaar
  • Ensure the auto-fetched profile name is edited if it differs from document records

If any of the above conditions are not met, KYC may fail.

We have also identified some genuine cases where KYC failed despite correct details. These cases have been escalated to the PinePerks team, who are actively working on the issue and may directly contact affected users if required.
