As we are receiving many queries regarding the KYC verification of Prepaid cards. Here are the steps on how to complete your KYC.
𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐘𝐂 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝.
To complete the KYC for Prepaid card:
1. Open GG App
2. Go to Prepaid card
3. Click on My cards (card symbol on the bottom right corner) 💳
4. Click on complete KYC
5. Select Document
6. Enter the Document number/details
7. Submit OTP
