Important Update for GG Vendors

Dear GGians,
Greetings of the day!

You can now enroll vendors starting from 6% commission.

Please note that, as per the latest system update, Spendvest9 will be automatically disabled for any vendor offering commission below 9%. This means that if a vendor is enrolled at 6%, 7%, or 8%, the Spendvest9 option will not be available for that vendor.

The system will manage this automatically, so no manual intervention is required from your end.

Important Update Regarding Prepaid Card KYC

Greetings of the day!

Please note that the card order and KYC flow have been recently updated at the PinePerks level, resulting in changes to the order process on the GG Perks App.

We have received multiple complaints regarding KYC failures, primarily due to data mismatches. Even minor differences in name spelling (such as initials, spacing, or full name variations) can lead to KYC rejection.

To ensure successful KYC, please confirm the following:

  • Name must be entered exactly as per PAN
  • PAN and Aadhaar must be linked
  • Name on PAN/Aadhaar must match exactly
  • The prepaid card must be purchased using the same mobile number linked with PAN & Aadhaar
  • Ensure the auto-fetched profile name is edited if it differs from document records

If any of the above conditions are not met, KYC may fail.

We have also identified some genuine cases where KYC failed despite correct details. These cases have been escalated to the PinePerks team, who are actively working on the issue and may directly contact affected users if required.

Global Garner is upgrading from the Global Garner Universal App to the all-new “GG Perks”, bringing you a faster, smarter, and more rewarding experience.

To ensure a smooth transition, our systems (All GG Apps) will be unavailable from Monday, 24th November 2025 at 11:00 PM up to around Tuesday, 25th November 2025 at 11:00 AM (approximately 12 hours) for essential data migration and upgrades.

Therefore, we request that you place your orders and pay your bills in advance. Kindly note that UPVs will take 24 hours to generate, so ensure you generate them well before the downtime to avoid any inconvenience.
